Portrait of the Times
Why do people go to galleries to look at images and sculptures? What can we learn from them? Are works of art able to tell us how people lived in the past? What kind of clothes they wore, where they lived and how they worked? What children learned in schools and how they played?

War and Peace
As a part of this workshop, we will create colourful graffiti on canvas which will serve as an artistic message of war and peace. We will use various templates and spray paints to create dynamic images which will combine words (like war, hope, peace) and symbols (of quiet, destruction, sorrow and anger). The workshop will allow the students to express their own perception of war and peace.
