Three years ago, Nitra gallery came up with the idea to organise the White Night project in conjunction with the International Theatre Festival Divadelná Nitra. We will hold the White Night on a Saturday-Sunday night in September. This Saturday will also be an Open Doors Day at the gallery – entry to all four exhibition halls in Nitra gallery will be free of charge and opened until midnight. The project’s name is related to our throwing the doors open to the public way into the wee hours. Additional events will also take place in the gallery – intermedia concerts, film screenings and so on. The project aims to strengthen the positive relationship between the gallery and the general public.
